🎓 Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science or a relevant field
- Candidates with relevant experience in the Food / FMCG industry preferred
- Male candidates only
🔬 Key Responsibilities:
- Online line clearance & process verification
- In-process testing: Brix, pH, Acidity, Viscosity
- Quality monitoring & documentation
- Compliance with GMP, HACCP & Food Safety
- Identify and report quality deviations
