We are hiring Looking for a Sr. Executive QA
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
- This position supports the implementation of quality assurance processes for products, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and internal specifications.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include QA documentation, coordinating product testing, and tracking non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Involves collaborating with sourcing and production teams to maintain consistent product quality, and helping train team members on QA procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of food quality and safety standards, preferably within FMCG or packaged foods.
- 2-3 years of experience with quality control processes and documentation in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with FSSAI, Organic certifications, ISO 22000, HACCP, or similar frameworks and certifications is an advantage.
