Ruchi Foodline is hiring an experienced Quality Head to lead quality assurance and quality control operations, ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality standards across manufacturing and the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control operations across manufacturing and the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and other applicable regulations.
- Develop and implement quality systems, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead vendor and raw material quality management.
- Drive product quality, process validation, and regulatory audits.
- Manage and mentor the quality team.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues to ensure consumer safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems, including FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in audits, compliance, and regulatory documentation.
- Exposure to the spice, FMCG, or packaged food industry is preferred.
