Cothas Coffee is looking for a Quality R&D Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of dairy product development, food safety, quality systems, and documentation.
- Develop and improve flavoured milk and cold coffee products.
- Conduct product trials, process validation, and scale-up activities.
- Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging for new product development.
- Perform sensory evaluations and maintain accurate trial reports and R&D documentation.
- Carry out quality checks for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Support customer sample preparation, product benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify, develop, and qualify vendors for snacks and food products for our coffee shops.
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, MS Office, and adaptability skills.
