Are you a senior Quality & Food Safety leader ready to drive quality excellence across multiple manufacturing units?

We are looking for an experienced Head – Quality, Food Safety amp; Regulatory Compliance to establish and govern a common quality and food-safety operating system across 6 manufacturing units.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Group Quality amp; Food Safety governance across all plants
• Drive FSMS, FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, PRP/OPRP/CCP compliance
• Govern internal, customer, regulatory and certification audits
• Drive RCA, CAPA and consumer complaint reduction
• Benchmark plant quality performance through common KPIs and scorecards
• Lead Quality MIS, analytics and management reviews
• Drive Kaizen, Continuous Improvement amp; COPQ reduction
• Build Quality capability, training and succession across plants
• Ensure quality-by-design in NPD, change management and product launches
• Build a strong organization-wide Quality Culture amp; Cross-Plant Excellence

👤 IDEAL PROFILE:

✔️ 15–20 years of strong experience in Quality / Food Safety / Regulatory Compliance
✔️ Proven experience managing multi-plant quality operations
✔️ Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, FSMS, GMP/GHP and food-safety systems
✔️ Experience with audits, certifications, CAPA, RCA and continuous improvement
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
