Rama Gum Industries (India) Ltd. is hiring a Food Safety, Certification & Compliance Manager for its facility in Deesa, Gujarat.
📍 Job Details:
- Location: Deesa, Gujarat
- Experience: 5–10 years
- Industry: Food Ingredients / Food Processing / Feed / Nutraceuticals
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate audits for BRCGS, FSSC 22000, GMP, FAMI-QS and other certifications
- Manage Organic Certification – NOP & NPOP
- Maintain and improve the Food Safety Management System including HACCP, PRPs, OPRPs and CCPs
- Ensure documentation, compliance and records remain audit-ready
- Conduct internal audits and drive CAPA
- Train employees and create food safety awareness
- Ensure traceability, mock recalls and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with departments to strengthen food safety culture
🎓 Ideal Candidate:
- 5–10 years of experience in food ingredients, food processing, feed or nutraceuticals
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS, FSSC 22000, GMP, FAMI-QS, NOP & NPOP
- Hands-on experience in audits and organic certification
- Excellent documentation, communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-driven
