Aadhya Organic is looking for a Quality Control professional to join its team.

Quality Control:
🎓 Education
- B.Sc. in Agriculture, Food Technology or Food Science Agriculture / Food Industry background preferred
💼 Experience
1–2 years of experience in Quality Control
🔍 Key responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process and finished products
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform physical, chemical and microbiological testing
- Maintain quality control records and documentation
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Identify quality issues and assist with corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to maintain quality standards
⭐ Requirements:
- Knowledge of quality standards, testing methods and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
