We are looking for a highly execution-oriented and detail-focused Quality & 3P Operations Executive to manage quality oversight and production coordination across our third-party manufacturing ecosystem.
📢 We’re Hiring | Quality & 3P Operations Executive
At Sleepy Owl Coffee, we’re scaling our consumer products across multiple categories and working with third-party manufacturing partners across India. We’re looking for a Quality & 3P Operations Executive to drive quality oversight, production coordination, and execution across our manufacturing ecosystem.
🔧 What you’ll work on:
- Managing quality systems and production execution across 3P manufacturing partners
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene standards, and process controls
- Coordinating production planning, plant trials, and commercialization activities
- Managing RM/PM quality checks and production readiness
- Tracking deviations, CAPAs, production milestones, and dispatch approvals
- Working closely with quality, procurement, packaging, operations, and product teams
🔍 What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG, F&B, food, or manufacturing
- Experience in quality operations, production coordination, or plant quality
- Exposure to third-party/contract manufacturing will be preferred
- Strong execution, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in plant/factory environments and travelling for plant visits
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred
You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with multiple manufacturing partners and be involved in quality, production, and new product commercialization across a fast-growing consumer brand.
📍 Location: HO, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
Budget: Upto 4.8LPA
