De Plantes Pvt. Ltd. (Associate Company of Blacknut) is hiring 2 Food Product Development & Production Supervisors for its Food Product Development & Production team in Ambala.
📍 Job Details:
- Positions: 2
- Location: Ambala
- Employment: Full-Time
- Department: Food Product Development & Production
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing or related field
- Experience: 1–5 years preferred
- Freshers: Candidates with strong practical knowledge may also apply
🔬 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop makhana snacks, flavoured makhana, roasted makhana, makhana powder and health/value-added products
- Conduct product trials and standardize recipes and formulations
- Establish roasting, seasoning, grinding, mixing and packing parameters
- Supervise daily production and manpower
- Monitor yield, wastage, raw material consumption and product quality
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, GMP and production documentation
- Conduct pilot and commercial production trials
- Calculate recipe cost, yield and wastage
- Support commercialization of new products
