Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily production activities and achieving production targets.
- Handling manpower and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Monitoring production quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Maintaining production records and reports.
- Coordinating with QA/QC, Maintenance and Stores teams.
- Minimizing wastage, downtime and production losses.
- Ensuring compliance with SOP, GMP, safety and 5S requirements.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have a:
- Diploma
- B.E.
- B.Tech
in Food Technology, Production, Mechanical, Chemical or a related field.
Experience Required:
2–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.
Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Joining Requirement:
