Shramik Milk & Food Processing Industry is hiring for the position of Plant Head to lead operations at its Milk Processing & Milk Powder Plant in Sangamner, Maharashtra.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing overall plant operations.
• Planning production and achieving daily production targets.
• Managing milk processing and milk powder plant operations.
• Ensuring product quality, food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Controlling production costs and improving plant efficiency.
• Managing Production, Quality, Maintenance, Utility and Warehouse teams.
• Monitoring manpower productivity and plant discipline.
• Ensuring smooth coordination between all departments.
• Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a B.Tech, B.E. or Diploma in:

• Dairy Technology
• Food Technology
• Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant field

Experience

8–15 years of professional experience is required.

Industry experience is mandatory in one or more of the following:

• Dairy Industry
• Milk Processing
• Milk Powder Plant

Location: Sangamner, Maharashtra
