Mr. Brown Bakery is looking for a Food Technologist – Quality Manager to join its growing team in Lucknow.
Position: Food Technologist – Quality Manager
💰 Salary: ₹45,000 per month
📍 Location: Lucknow
🎓 Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field
💼 Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in bakery or food manufacturing
🔍 Key responsibilities:
- Develop and improve bakery and food products
- Standardize recipes, processes and product specifications
- Ensure product quality, shelf life and food safety
- Monitor production and troubleshoot quality issues
- Work on cost optimization and raw material evaluation
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulations
- Train and support production teams
- Maintain documentation and quality records
