Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our growing food manufacturing team at Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
If you are passionate about food safety, quality systems, hygiene standards, and process excellence, we would like to connect with you. Candidates having experience in Chocolate nuts processing and Premixes or food manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Perform routine quality checks and maintain daily QC records and reports
• Maintain documentation related to quality control, process monitoring, traceability, and hygiene compliance
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory audits with proper documentation and coordination
• Ensure batch records, monitoring sheets, and quality formats are accurately maintained
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and maintain related records
• Verify cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene practices on the production floor
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of SOPs, quality systems, and standard practices
• Support product standardization and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
• Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety systems
• Good understanding of quality documentation and audit requirements
• Strong analytical, observation, and reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with strong attention to hygiene and quality standards
