1.Applications Technologist – Flour Applications
- 3+ years of experience in flour-based product development
- Experience with dough & batter functionality (wheat and pulse flours)
- Knowledge of bench-to-plant trials with mills and bakeries
2. Food Technologist – Ingredient Applications
- 3+ years of experience in food product development
- Experience in formulation and ingredient performance
- Knowledge of experimental design, sensory evaluation, and scale-up
3. Food Chemist / Biochemist – Ingredient Functionality
- 3+ years of laboratory experience with functional ingredients
- Experience in solubility, emulsification, and gelation testing
- Knowledge of analytical methods, validation, and specifications
