Job Overview:
Matrix Life Science is looking for a passionate and motivated R&D Executive – Fermentation to join its Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will support fermentation process development, laboratory experiments, and R&D activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic research environment focused on innovation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fermentation experiments and support process development activities.
- Monitor fermentation parameters and maintain accurate batch records.
- Analyze samples and assist in optimizing fermentation processes.
- Support R&D trials, documentation, and technical report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, laboratory, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to improve fermentation efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of fermentation techniques and microbiological methods.
- Basic understanding of bioprocessing and laboratory practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented research environment.
