⏳ 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 15 Years
🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: B.Tech / Graduation with a Technical Background
💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: Attractive hike on current salary for a suitable candidate
🏭 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆: Poultry Feed / Animal Feed Manufacturing
🔹 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
▪️ Manage end-to-end plant operations, including grinding, mixing, batching, pelleting, cooling, crumbling, and packing.
▪️ Plan production schedules, achieve targets, and optimize plant capacity utilization.
▪️ Ensure feed quality, product specifications, and coordination with the Quality Assurance team.
▪️ Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, pellet mills, conveyors, and utilities.
▪️ Control manufacturing costs, minimize wastage and downtime, and improve productivity.
▪️ Manage raw material consumption, inventory, storage, and yield optimization.
▪️ Lead production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
▪️ Ensure workplace safety, statutory compliance, and adherence to company policies.
▪️ Drive continuous improvement and monitor production, material consumption, downtime, and cost reports.
🎯 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘:
✅ Minimum 15 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in poultry feed or animal feed plants.
✅ Strong technical knowledge of feed manufacturing processes and plant machinery.
✅ Proven leadership, production planning, maintenance, and cost-control skills.
