The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, quality assurance, food safety, team management, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations.
- Manage production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Food Safety standards.
- Lead manpower planning, team management, and workforce development.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including FSSAI and TNPCB requirements.
- Oversee purchase planning and raw material management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-control initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience Required:
- 8–10 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or Production Head.
- Experience in manufacturing Fresh Idly & Dosa Batter and Ready-to-Cook food products is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in production planning and process optimization.
- Sound understanding of food safety regulations and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
