Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance across bakery production.
- Monitor compliance with food safety and quality management systems.
- Implement and maintain FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement in food safety and product quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Food Technology.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in the bakery or food manufacturing industry.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in manufacturing or quality assurance of the following products will be preferred:
- Bread
- Biscuits
- Cookies
- Cakes
- Rusk
- Other bakery products
Required Knowledge:
- FSSAI Regulations
- HACCP
- GMP & GHP
- ISO 22000
- FSSC 22000
- Food Safety & Quality Management Systems
