📍 Location: Rohtak, Haryana
🏭 Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG
We are looking for an experienced Quality professional to join our manufacturing plant at Rohtak.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 6–7 years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in noodle manufacturing are strongly preferred.
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech. in Food Technology or a relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, food safety and quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities.
- Monitor raw materials, in-process quality and finished products.
- Ensure food safety, regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.
- Handle quality audits, customer complaints, root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous quality improvement across plant operations.
