Location: Navi Mumbai, India
Job Summary: Patil Kaki Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, implementing production plans, monitoring production output, and ensuring the quality of the products.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Oversee production processes to ensure products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Monitor production output and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure all production staff follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Develop and maintain production metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement process improvements
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production metrics
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
