Educational Qualification and Experience
Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualifications and relevant professional experience for the respective positions.
1. Public Health Specialist (Capacity Building)
- MBBS with MD/DNB in relevant Public Health disciplines, or other prescribed medical/non-medical qualification routes.
- EIS training certificate may be accepted under the specified eligibility route.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as prescribed.
2. Technical Officer (Food Safety)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology, Public Health or a related discipline.
- Certified Professional in Food Safety (CP-FS) is also an eligible qualification route.
3. Consultant (Veterinary One Health)
- Postgraduate qualification in Veterinary Public Health, Veterinary Epidemiology, Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Microbiology, Veterinary Preventive Medicine or Veterinary Pathology.
- Relevant veterinary registration and 3 years of experience as prescribed.
4. Analytical Chemist
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent qualification, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Toxicology.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
5. Communication Specialist
- Graduate Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media or Public Relations with 5 years of experience.
- Alternatively, the prescribed Postgraduate Diploma with 3 years of experience.
6. Training Manager
- Graduation with MBA in Human Resource Management or PG Diploma in HR.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
7. Microbiologist
- M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Medical Microbiology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Biomedical Sciences.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
8. Public Health Expert
- Prescribed medical or non-medical qualifications in Public Health/Epidemiology.
- Relevant professional experience as specified in the notification.
9. Bio-Security Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Public Health or a related discipline with 5 years of experience.
- Alternatively, Master’s/Ph.D. in the specified related discipline with 3 years of experience.
10. Biological Safety Expert
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or a related discipline with 3 years of experience.
- Alternatively, Master’s/Ph.D. in Biosafety, Public Health or a related discipline with 1 year of experience.
11. Data Analyst (₹75,000 per month)
- BCA/MCA with the prescribed post-qualification experience of 5 years/3 years, respectively.
12. Public Health Specialist (08 Posts)
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Community Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Community Health Administration or the specified Field Epidemiology discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
13. Finance Officer
- MBA (Finance) or PGDBM/PGDBA (Finance).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
14. Public Health Specialist (Mentor)
- MD in Community Medicine, Preventive and Social Medicine or Community Health Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Public Health.
15. Medical Epidemiologist
- MD in the prescribed Public Health discipline or EIS Master in Applied Epidemiology.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience.
16. Data Analyst (₹70,000 per month)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Applications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted through a Screening cum Selection Mode.
The selection procedure includes:
- Scrutiny of submitted applications and supporting documents.

- Interview of shortlisted candidates.
- Final selection based on the applicable selection criteria.
