Job Responsibilities
- Drive P&L, sales, pricing, and client acquisition to support business growth.
- Lead NABCB accreditation under ISO 17020 and ISO 17065.
- Manage inspections, audits, export validation, and FoSTaC programs.
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI regulations and international food safety standards.
- Build and manage teams of auditors, trainers, inspectors, and sales professionals.
- Review inspection reports, audit reports, and PSIC reports.
- Manage NABCB, FSSAI, EIC, and customer assessments and audits.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate in a relevant field.
- 8–12 years of experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification), including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in ISO 17020, PSI, food safety, commodity exports, and FSSAI.
- Strong network within the food processing and EXIM industry.
- Excellent business acumen, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
