WHAT WILL YOU DRIVE?
✅ Production Planning & Execution – Ensuring timely achievement of production targets.
✅ Operational Excellence – Improving productivity, reducing wastage and minimising machine downtime.
✅ Quality & Food Safety – Driving GMP, HACCP, 5S and FSSAI compliance.
✅ Team Leadership – Managing production supervisors, operators and shop-floor manpower.
✅ Cost & Process Control – Optimising raw material consumption, yield and production costs.
✅ Performance Monitoring – Tracking production efficiency, rejection rates and operational KPIs.
🎯 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5–7 years of experience in FMCG / Food Processing manufacturing.
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, Production Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience in shop-floor operations and production management.
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, 5S and food safety practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
⭐ Preference will be given to candidates currently working in FMCG / Food Processing organisations.
