Executive / Senior Executive – Operations & Quality | Global Exports
📍Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
🧑💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
Join our Global Exports team and contribute to quality, compliance, and operational excellence in fresh produce exports.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage export operations & quality from harvesting to dispatch
✅ Strong focus on Grape’s quality, grading & packing
✅ Ensure EU MRL & food safety compliance
✅ Manage certification compliance and audit activities
✅ Handle NFI planning, inventory & reconciliation
✅ ERP & Excel-based operational reporting
✅ Handle quality issues, RCA & customer complaints
Certification Experience – Mandatory
✔️ Hands-on experience in GLOBALG.A.P. / GRASP audits
✔️ Hands-on experience in BRCGS audits – packhouse/food safety requirements
✔️ Hands-on experience in SMETA audits – social compliance requirements
✔️ Experience in audit preparation, documentation, auditor coordination, NC/CAPA and audit closure
Other Requirements:
✔️ Strong knowledge of Grapes & fresh produce exports
✔️ Good understanding of EU MRL requirements
✔️ Strong Quality & Food Safety knowledge
✔️ Experience in NFI management
✔️ Good working knowledge of ERP & MS Excel
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Tech Food Technology / Food Science / Agriculture / relevant qualification preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in fresh produce exports, pack house operations, quality, or supply chain.
- Experience in grapes export operations will be strongly preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to EU markets, MRL compliance, certification audits, and export quality management will be an advantage.
