Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a QA/QC Executive for its plant in Mahuva, Gujarat.
Job Details:
- Position: QA/QC Executive
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or Chemistry
- Industry: Food Processing / Spice Manufacturing / Dehydrated Food Industry
- Location: Mahuva, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming, in-process and finished-product sampling and testing
- Ensure implementation of GMP, GHP and HACCP
- Monitor pest-control effectiveness and personal hygiene compliance
- Maintain compliance with FSSAI and international export standards including BRC
- Maintain SOPs, batch manufacturing records and CoA reports
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment
- Assist with customer, external and third-party audits
- Investigate customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis
- Implement CAPA to prevent recurring issues
- Handle laboratory testing and food safety management system requirements
- Communicate effectively and train production operators
