We are seeking a qualified “Central Quality Audit Officer” to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards across manufacturing units, distribution centers, and vendors.
- Position Title: Central Quality Audit Officer
- Location: Ranjangaon, Pune
- Qualification: B.Tech/Postgraduate in Food Technology
- Experience: 5–6 years in food manufacturing; audit experience preferred
- CTC: ₹4 – 6.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits at manufacturing units & DCs for food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Auditing the manufacturing process, quality & food safety systems & regulatory compliance for existing & new vendors of ingredients & packaging materials
- Identify and communicate non-compliances, risks, and improvement areas with evidence.
- Support corrective action planning and system/process upgrades
- Conduct vendor audits for ingredients & packaging materials and drive improvement
- Assess new unit/line/product setups for gaps and compliance readiness
- Participate in market quality evaluations and benchmarking
- Analyze performance metrics to initiate process improvements
Technical Competencies:
- ISO-22000, food chemistry & microbiology
- Root cause analysis, data handling, MS Office proficiency
- Strong presentation & audit documentation skills
Behavioral Competencies:
- Analytical, collaborative, articulate communicator
- Ability to influence using data and work in a matrix environment
