Position: Quality Shift Incharge
Qualification:
- B.Tech in Food Technology or B.Sc. (Relevant Science Discipline)
Experience:
- Experience: 1–4 Years
- Candidates with a Namkeen/Snacks manufacturing background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) as per company standards.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, finished product testing, process monitoring, and ETP water testing.
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, compliance, and product traceability.
- Investigate quality complaints, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate closely with production teams to minimize quality deviations and product losses.
- Ensure proper QC laboratory hygiene, equipment calibration, and safety reporting.
- Monitor adherence to food safety, GMP, and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
