The Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission, DST, Government of Gujarat has launched the Summer Research Internship Program (SRIP) to provide rank holder undergraduate students, an exposure at DBT autonomous institutes.
The goal of the program is to encourage students, from the Gujarat State, in the pursuit of a career in biological sciences and to introduce them to a National laboratory experience.
The applicant will be interviewed based on the application by the relevant panel and the related applicants will be placed in institutes best suited for his/her aptitude. The applicant can be placed in any of the DBT institutes, spread across the country.
A preparedness to go anywhere in India has to be considered before you start applying. Based on the consent of HODs of the Department only, the trainee shall submit this application in prescribed format.
ELIGIBILITY
Students pursuing 4th semester B.Sc./6th semester B.Tech in biotechnology and allied areas
DURATION
Minimum duration of 4 weeks between May to June, 2023.
STIPEND
Stipend of Rs 10000/-
