Mumbai’s dessert scene has a new premium entrant. Vantara has officially launched its artisanal ice cream brand, Vantara Creamery, debuting through a specially designed ice cream truck experience at Jio World Drive.
Known for its large-scale wildlife rescue and rehabilitation work in Jamnagar, Gujarat, Vantara has now expanded into the food and lifestyle space with a brand focused on nostalgic Indian flavours and premium ingredients.
The launch featured 17 artisanal ice cream flavours crafted using A2 Gir cow milk and produced in small batches. The menu combines classic Indian inspirations with modern twists, aiming to deliver a premium dessert experience rooted in familiar tastes and memories.
Some of the standout flavours include:
- Filter Coffee – inspired by South Indian coffee culture
- Lemon Sorbet – a light and refreshing summer option
- Guava Chilli – blending sweet fruit with a spicy kick
- Malai Kulfi – a tribute to the traditional Indian frozen dessert
The experiential ice cream truck first appeared at Jio World Drive on May 9 and 10 and is expected to return on May 16 and 17, drawing crowds of dessert lovers and social media users alike.
Photos and videos from the launch have already started circulating online, generating significant buzz around the brand. Social media users have particularly praised the nostalgic flavour concepts and premium presentation.
Backed by Anant Ambani, the brand appears to be positioning itself beyond just ice cream by combining storytelling, Indian-inspired flavours and ingredient-focused recipes into a lifestyle dessert experience.
With strong early attention and unique flavour offerings, many consumers are now eager to see how Vantara Creamery expands its menu and presence in the coming months.
