Hiring Alert | R&D Specialist – Nutraceuticals
SAP Wellness India Private Limited is hiring a Research & Development Specialist – Nutraceuticals to join its growing team in New Delhi.
The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development, optimisation and evaluation of nutraceutical and sports nutrition formulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, optimise and evaluate nutraceutical formulations
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments and scientific studies
- Perform laboratory analysis, interpret data and troubleshoot formulation challenges
- Maintain R&D records, technical documentation and experimental reports
- Support product development, scale-up and product improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and external technical partners
- Prepare technical reports and product development documentation
- Ensure R&D activities comply with GMP, GLP, safety and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Technology or a related field
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food or sports nutrition R&D preferred
- Strong knowledge of R&D and formulation development
- Good analytical and laboratory skills
- Ability to analyse experimental data and make evidence-based decisions
- Knowledge of GLP, GMP and relevant regulatory guidelines
- Strong documentation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
