Join our growing team as a QA Specialist at our vegetable processing unit! At Aabhushan Agro, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and nutritious vegetables to our customers. As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout the production process
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure food safety and quality
• Maintain documentation in compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant standards
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues • Assist in training plant staff on hygiene, GMP, and SOPs
• Investigate customer complaints and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in QA within the food/vegetable processing industry
• Sound knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP principles, and GMP
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
