This entry-level QA/QC Executive role supports these values through hands-on testing and compliance in a fast-paced production setting.
Daily Operations
- Execute routine QC tests on raw materials (peanuts, grains), in-process samples (roasting, grinding, extrusion), and finished products for moisture, aflatoxin, microbial load, and sensory quality to ensure <1% rejection rates.
- Perform line inspections, clearances, environmental swabbing, and packaging checks per SOPs, reporting issues promptly to QA/QC Manager.
- Sample and document incoming materials, batch records, and COAs in line with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP standards for Pintola’s clean-label products.
Compliance Tasks
- Assist with internal audits, supplier verifications, and basic CAPA for non-conformities under supervision, supporting ISO 22000 and export compliance.
- Investigate initial customer complaints via root cause analysis, shelf-life sampling, and allergen verification to uphold Pintola’s safety commitments.
- Monitor hygiene, pest control, and waste reduction to align with DAS Food’s sustainable practices.
Support and Reporting
- Help train production operators on quality protocols and Pintola-specific hygiene, promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Log daily QC data into reports (e.g., defect trends, test outcomes) for manager review, aiding process improvements.
- Learn emerging food safety tools like rapid aflatoxin tests for peanuts to contribute to company innovation.
