Key Responsibilities
- New product development and product improvement
- Product trials, testing & quality evaluation
- Dairy product development as per market requirements
- Process optimization and troubleshooting
- R&D documentation and reporting
- Coordination with Production & Quality teams
Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of relevant R&D experience in the Dairy Industry
- Good knowledge of dairy products and processes
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good coordination and communication skills
