We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our FMCG/Beverage Manufacturing Operations.
PLANT MANAGER
- Experience: 15+ Years
- Industry: FMCG / Beverage Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end plant operations and production management
- Drive productivity, OEE, cost optimization and operational excellence
- Lead Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and other plant functions
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety and statutory requirements
- Manpower planning and team leadership
- Drive continuous improvement and achieve business targets
Preferred Profile:
✅ Relevant experience in Beverage/FMCG Manufacturing
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Good knowledge of Quality & Food Safety systems
✅ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
✅ Candidates with immediate/short notice period preferred
