Qualification:
Candidates with a degree in:
- Food Technology
- Dairy Technology
- Chemistry
- Microbiology
- Related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process quality monitoring and testing
- Inspect raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
- Ensure GMP, GHP, HACCP and food safety compliance
- Perform laboratory testing and maintain documentation
- Conduct production-line quality checks
- Handle quality deviations and support corrective actions
- Support audits, CAPA and quality improvement initiatives
