Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech
- Specialization in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QA documentation, SOPs and quality systems
- Conduct internal audits and manage CAPA and deviations
- Monitor raw material, in-process and finished product quality
- Ensure quality and food safety compliance across production
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
