Job Details:
- Position: QA Executive

- Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Food Technology (or a related discipline)
- Experience: 3+ years in Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform shop floor QA activities and lead the IPQC team.
- Ensure accurate BMR, CCP, and PP documentation along with daily quality reporting.
- Manage extraneous matter control, label control, calibration, and net content compliance.
- Coordinate plant calibration activities with external agencies.
- Execute validation of CCPs/SPPs and support Food Safety Management Systems.
- Drive CAPA, RCA, incident management, and change control activities.
- Prepare and update SOPs and other quality documentation.
- Maintain monthly quality reports, verify 20-pass test records, analyze CCP trends, and prepare weekly FSDI reports.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMS, CAPA, RCA, Validation, and Calibration.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates from Bhopal or those willing to relocate to Mandideep are encouraged to apply.
