Requirements:
- 10–18 years of experience in sugar rolled biscuit cone or related food manufacturing industries
- Experience leading large-scale production teams
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control
- Expertise in cost management, productivity improvement, and compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- B.E./B.Tech preferred in Mechanical or Food Technology
