AB Mauri India is looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join its R&D team in Indore and lead the development of innovative bakery solutions for customers.
📌 Position: Manager – NPD (Bread & Ferments)
📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
🎓 Experience: 10–12 years of experience in Bread & Ferments, preferably in R&D for bread improvers and enzyme-related products.
🎓 Qualification: Postgraduate qualification in Food Technology or a related discipline
🔑 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical expertise in Bread & Ferments
- Leadership and customer-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in R&D related to bread improvers and enzyme solutions
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end product development from concept, formulation and trials through scale-up and commercialization.
- Lead innovation across the Bread & Ferments portfolio, including dough conditioners, improvers, enzymes, fermentation systems and functional blends.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Quality, Production, Procurement and key customers to deliver successful solutions.
- Support strategic customer projects through technical expertise, product customization, troubleshooting and commercialization.
- Identify market trends and translate customer needs into innovative bakery solutions.
