Hiring Alert | Lab Assistant – Quality & Laboratory Operations
Pal Frozen Foods is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join its Quality & Laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in the Frozen Foods or Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food industry who are passionate about food quality, laboratory testing, and compliance.
📍 Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in routine laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
✅ Handle, clean, and maintain laboratory glassware and equipment.
✅ Perform calibration and verification of laboratory instruments as per standard procedures.
✅ Support validation activities and maintain related documentation.
✅ Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and laboratory safety standards.
✅ Maintain laboratory records, reports, and test documentation accurately.
✅ Assist in sample collection, preparation, and analysis.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
✔ Experience working in food testing laboratories, preferably in Frozen Foods or RTE products.
✔ Knowledge of laboratory equipment handling, calibration, and validation.
✔ Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety requirements.
✔ Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to work in a quality-driven environment.
