We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead us into the future.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in New Delhi. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning. The role will involve leading the company’s growth strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy to expand brand presence, increase profitability, and enter new markets.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring the highest quality standards in food, beverages, customer service, and ambiance.
Team Building & Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across the organization. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Brand Development:
- Enhance the Seven Seeds brand through strategic marketing initiatives, partnerships, and customer engagement programs.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure sustainable profitability and growth.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure consistent delivery of a premium customer experience in every outlet, aligning with Seven Seeds’ brand ethos.
Innovation:
- Identify and implement new product offerings, service enhancements, and technology adoption to stay ahead of market trends.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Report to and work closely with the Board, investors, and other stakeholders to communicate performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership role within the F&B, hospitality, or premium retail industry.
- Experience scaling multi-location operations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for food, coffee culture, and hospitality is a significant plus.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in food, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
