Agriculture Graduate Trainee AGT
Qualification
Four-year full-time regular B.Sc. Agriculture degree from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university or institute.
Eligibility
- General/OBC candidates — minimum 60% aggregate
- SC/ST candidates — minimum 55% aggregate
- Candidates with CGPA must convert it into percentage while applying.
Age Limit
Maximum 30 years as on 1 September 2026
- SC/ST — 5 years relaxation
- OBC Non-Creamy Layer — 3 years relaxation
Training Period
1 year
Job Location
Field offices across India. After absorption, candidates may be posted at any IFFCO State, Project or Establishment in India.
Stipend and Salary
- During training — ₹33,300 per month
- After successful completion of training, subject to IFFCO requirements — possible absorption at ₹37,000 basic pay
- Regular pay scale — ₹37,000–₹70,000
- Other allowances and benefits as per IFFCO rules
Selection Process
- Preliminary Computer-Based Online Test
- Final Online Test at designated centres
- Personal Interview
- Medical Examination
IFFCO may modify the selection process depending on the number of applications received.
Language Requirement
Candidates should be able to read, write and speak the regional language of the State for which they apply. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
