Royal Grains Pvt. Ltd., Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) is looking for experienced and qualified professionals to join our Rice Processing & Milling Operations team.
🔹 1. QUALITY LAB EXECUTIVE – 02 POSITIONS
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Preferred Industry: Rice Mill / Food Processing Industry
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or relevant field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raw Paddy & Finished Rice Quality Analysis
- Moisture Testing using Kett Moisture Meter
- Broken %, Head Rice Recovery & Milling Recovery Analysis
- Damage, Discolour, Chalky & Yellow Grain Analysis
- Paddy, Foreign Matter & Purity Checking
- Average Length & Grain Quality Analysis
- Process-wise quality monitoring from Paddy Intake to Final Packing
- Preparation of daily quality reports and laboratory records
- Coordination with Production, Milling & Packing teams
- Proper handling and monitoring of laboratory equipment
- Maintain testing records and product traceability
🔹 2. RICE MILL SUPERVISOR – 02 POSITIONS
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Preferred Industry: Rice Milling Industry
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma preferred with relevant Rice Mill experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Rice Mill Operation & Process Monitoring
- Paddy Cleaning, Husking, Separation, Whitening/Polishing, Grading & Sortex Process
- Monitor machine settings and process parameters
- Achieve daily production and recovery targets
- Control Broken %, Milling Losses and Product Quality
- Manpower allocation and shift management
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & Packing teams
- Maintain shift-wise production and process records
- Ensure SOP compliance, housekeeping and safe working practices

CANDIDATE PREFERENCE:
Candidates with hands-on experience in Rice Milling Operations / Rice Quality Laboratory will be preferred.
