Punjab Agri Export Corporation Limited (PAGREXCO), a Punjab State Government undertaking, has invited applications from experienced professionals for multiple positions in food processing, production, quality assurance, microbiology and plant operations.
The corporation is looking for dynamic, result-oriented candidates with relevant experience in the FMCG, food processing, food grain processing and allied industries. The appointments will be on a purely contractual and performance-based basis.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
1. Plant Head
Vacancies: 1
Location: Sanghol, Punjab
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech. in Food Technology, Food Processing, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in food grain processing or manufacturing plant operations.
- Experience at a supervisory or managerial level is preferred.
2. Head – Quality, Technical, Operations & B2B
Vacancies: 1
Location: Chandigarh, with regular travel to plants across Punjab.
Qualification
- Postgraduate degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Engineering or Management.
- Alternatively, a related field from a recognised university or institution.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Plant Head, Senior Manager or equivalent positions in Operations, Technical, Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, B2B or related functions.
3. Manager – Quality
Vacancies: 2
Location: Abohar and Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
Qualification
- Postgraduate or graduate degree in Food Technology or Food Science, preferably with a specialisation in fruit and vegetable processing technology or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Experience in an NABL-accredited laboratory is preferred.
4. Manager – Production
Vacancies: 1
Location: Abohar, Punjab.
Qualification
- M.Sc./B.Tech. in Food Science and Technology or an equivalent relevant qualification from a reputed institution or university.
Experience
- Overall 12 years of relevant experience in production operations.
- Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in a suitable position in an aseptic processing line.
5. Microbiologist
Vacancies: 1
Location: Abohar, Punjab.
Qualification
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Biotechnology or an equivalent relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a food-processing laboratory.
- Experience in quality control laboratories or microbiology laboratories is preferred.
6. Executive – Production
Vacancies: 1
Location: Abohar, Punjab.
Qualification
- Degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Processing, Production, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in production or operations in the food-processing industry.
