Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in PET bottle beverage manufacturing to lead plant operations and drive operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Beverage/FMCG production
• Hands-on exposure to PET Bottles / CSD / Soft Drinks manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in production planning, quality control, and plant operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end production operations
• Ensure achievement of production targets & quality benchmarks
• Optimize manpower utilization and enhance productivity
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
