Job Responsibilities:
- Control of all the analyses related to all raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and R&D activities for existing and new products.
- Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in production.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry standards.
- Participate in internal audits and prepare detailed reports of findings.
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity in QA/QC activities.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science,
- Experience: 0-6 months of experience in quality assurance.
