We’re Hiring: Senior QC Lab Document Controller | Vadodara – Halol 🔍
Vinayak Foods is looking for an experienced Senior QC Lab Document Controller to join our growing team and help us maintain world-class standards in food safety and compliance.
🔸 Role: Senior QC Lab Document Controller
🔸 Location: Vadodara – Halol
🔸 Experience: 5+ years in food/QC documentation, compliance, or related roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all QC lab documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with international food safety standards (USFDA, BRC, ISO 22000, Kosher, Halal, etc.)
- Coordinate audits and inspections by external agencies
- Implement and monitor SOPs for lab testing and quality assurance
- Work closely with the QA/QC and Production teams to maintain accuracy and traceability
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in document control within QC/QA labs
- Familiarity with regulatory and export documentation for food industry
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional
- Prior experience in export-oriented units is a plus
