We are looking to hire a Technical Project Leader – Coffee in our Beverages team based in Bangalore:
Job Purpose
“Bru”, a heritage HUL brand within F&R category, is ~ 130 Mln Euro brand and one of the leading Coffee producers in India with sustained leadership over several decades.
Our portfolio covers Instant Coffees, ranging from 100% coffee to Coffee-Chicory blends and Roast and Ground Coffees. We were the first ones to launch a Coffee-Chicory Instant coffee mix in 1962.
This is a role for R&D Coffee TPL/ Product developer, lead all the Product led R&D interventions and support across Coffee Programs.
Main Accountabilities
Lead Coffee formulation design and deploy projects as work stream lead / TPL Drive project management in line with Qii (Quality in Innovation)/ Innoflex for all key projects Prepare design of experiments and carry out lab, pilot and factory scale trials Develop and build product specifications, prepare technology transfer dockets and capture all the learnings in systematic and traceable manner. Conduct product stability studies in coordination with packaging team. Effective collaboration with CTI, Science and Technology, SC and quality teams.
Responsible for risk management, claims and legal compliance with local & regional requirements. Responsible to deliver Technical Transfer via PLM for the sourcing and supply chain, according to agreed quality standards Collaborations with external vendors / suppliers to deliver new and improved designs across Coffee platforms. Deliver category innovation / technology and 5s targets. Build and maintain strong networks with cross functional teams: Brand, CMI, Procurement, SC and R&D Cluster teams

Education
- B. Tech / M. Tech / M.Sc / Food Science / Technology
Work Experience: 4 – 6yrs experience
Relevant technical experience in Food / Beverage Product Design and Development
