Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor the daily inward and dispatch of raw materials to retail stores.
✅ Implement and maintain HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
✅ Conduct routine quality checks (temperature, pH, weight, and visual inspections).
✅ Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
✅ Maintain quality records, documentation, and compliance reports.
✅ Ensure personal hygiene and GMP practices are followed across operations.
✅ Support internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
✅ Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and internal quality standards.
✅ Maintain waste management and product traceability documentation.
Who We’re Looking For:
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Fisheries, or Meat Technology.
💼 Experience: 2+ years in the meat, fish, or seafood processing industry (preferred).
👨 Preference: Male candidates.
📜 Certification: HACCP certification will be an added advantage.
🏭 Internship experience in the food processing industry is desirable.
Skills Required:
✔ Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
✔ Understanding of meat, fish, or seafood processing operations.
✔ Good documentation and reporting skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel.
✔ Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail.
