Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online sample analysis for every batch and product
- Perform daily calibration of lab instruments
- Monitor and test RO water systems across production lines
- Ensure preservative verification & CCP compliance
- Coordinate with R&D and Production teams for trial batches
- Check viscosity of cold products & finished goods
- Maintain chemical stock and lab records
- Implement and oversee 5S practices in the lab
- Ensure GMP & GHK conditions in processing areas
- Maintain compliance with PRPs, OPRPs & CCPs
- Conduct shelf-life studies & finished goods analysis
- Perform raw material testing and verification
- Ensure proper documentation and product release procedures
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.Sc / B.E / M.Sc in Food Technology / Chemistry or related field
Experience
- Fresher or Minimum 1 Year in QC/QA (Food Industry preferred)
